Ray Williamson Sr., lifelong resident of Austin Texas, founded Ray Williamson Tree Service in 1973 as a side line business while holding down a full time job. Ray was a military veteran who proudly served 3 tours on the front lines in Vietnam. By 1980 business had grown enough that Ray was able to pursue the tree care business full time.
Ray Jr. (pictured at left) began working with his Dad when he was 8 years old. In 1999 Ray Jr. became a full partner in the tree service company. With the passing of his dad, in 2017, Ray Jr. became the sole owner of Ray Williamson Tree Service.
Ray, an ISA Certified Arborist, knows and understands the trees that grow in the central Texas area better than most people in the business.
Many of our customers have been with us for more than 20 years. In fact most of our new customers come from personal referrals from other satisfied customers.
